1. Shipping Policy
At Snell’s Creations & Unique Gifts, every item is made‑to‑order with care through our trusted U.S. print partners. Once your order is created and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package from our workshop to your doorstep.

Shipping times may vary depending on the print provider and your location, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We appreciate your patience and support of small American creators.

2. Returns & Replacements Policy
Because each product is custom‑made just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color preference, or changing your mind.

However — if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we stand behind our work with American integrity. Simply send us a photo of the issue within 30 days, and we will replace it at no cost. No returns required. No hassle. Just doing right by people.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always make things right when the issue is on the production side.
 

3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We respect your freedom and your personal information.

We do not collect personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email or placing an order. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with anyone.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). We never see or store your payment details.
